about

This song was originally made for a compilation album by multiple artists. The rules were that the song had to be written, performed, and recorded in a kitchen. I am happy to say I didn't cheat. The compilation project fell through.

lyrics

I cut the tip of my finger off
While making Teryaki sauce
While boning chicken
A grandiose vision graced my thought

No one pays attention to my culinary vision
But they just may pay attention to my thought
And if they didn't
They'd be forbidden to watch

Some men need to see their wives in lingerie
Some men need to play their limits out
All I need is money for a trebuchet
And I intend to see my vision through

Now that you've all waited patiently
To find what my design is all about
You'll watch in wonderment at my ambition
And my machine will throw a cow
